Jewelry Diamond Sales Executive

Key Roles and Responsibilities

·           Mainly serve appointment customers, provide custom make products to customer service, and office work

·           Deliver superior customer service excellence.

·           Manage social media platforms e.g. Facebook, Instagram  etc.

·           Provide administrative support to the team

·           Handle ad hoc project as assigned

Qualifications and Experience

·           Result driven, proactive and excellent interpersonal & communication skills required to ensure clear, effective communication with all staff and customers.

·           Outgoing, self-motivated, patient, strong sense of responsibility and able to work independently; Plus problem solving ability

·           Intermediate in computer literacy e.g. Word & Excel (Adobe Photoshop is a plus)

·           Working hours From 12PM - 8PM
