Interior Designer/ Project Designer (Residential)

Responsibilities:

• Capable of handling projects independently from the design stage to project completion, coordinating with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure timely and quality project execution
• To co-ordinate with project managers and contractors to ensure all construction related activates comply with the stated requirement
• To communicate with/ present to Clients

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in interior design/ building studies or equivalent

• At least 5 years relevant experience in fitting out and construction work preferably in residentialsector

• Strong technical background and site experience
• Good communication skill
• Good Command of both spoken and written English and Chinese. Proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage
• Can work under pressure and willing to work overtime
• Well organized, detail minded, responsible, hard-working and self-motivated
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, Sketchup, MS Word and MS Excel
