We are currently seeking a HR & Admin Executiveto join our dynamic team and contribute to our continued success in the industry.


JOB OVERVIEW

The HR & Admin Executive provides day-to-day human resources and administrative support for the Hong Kong office and warehouse. This role works closely with the HR team in Singapore to assist with the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, compliance with local labour laws, and off-boarding. The position also supports general office administration to ensure smooth operations.

In addition to supporting Hong Kong, this role may be required to extend assistance to other offices in the APAC region.


JOB ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Administrative Support

  • Supporting our IT team in SG & US to set up workstations, laptops for new employees.
  • Manage and maintain door access systems.
  • Oversee the procurement and replenishment of office supplies, including stationery and pantry items.
  • Coordinate office maintenance, repairs, and liaise with building management as needed.
  • Support general administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operation.

Recruitment

  • Assist in posting job advertisements, shortlisting and conducting pre-screening.
  • Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain candidate records and support onboarding logistics.

HR Support

  • Assist in communicating and reinforcing HR policies, processes, and procedures to employees.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate HR records and employee documentation.
  • Support HR processes such as onboarding, leave tracking, and offboarding.

Employee Engagement

  • Conduct employee reviews as and when necessary.
  • Organize employee engagement programs/activities to promote a positive work culture.

JOB REQUIREMENT(S)

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of relevant HR and administrative experience.
  • Familiarity with HR practices, labor law and office operations will be advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated, self-directed, and able to work independently.
  • Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment and handling pressure effectively.
  • Positive and can-do attitude, with a focus on delivering results.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English and Mandarin (required to support hiring in other locations beyond Hong Kong).

  • Willingness to travel within Hong Kong or regionally when required.
