职位描述

  • Support in the Human Resources functions, including but not limited to on/off-boarding arrangement, recruitment and selection, C&B etc;
  • Source and evaluate the effectiveness of different advertising media and recruitment channels.
  • Assist in planning and executing company events and staff activities
  • Assist reception function in a professional manner including greeting visitors, answering telephone calls
  • Provide all administration supports to the Company, including procurement of stationary, printed matters, office supplies and etc
  • Assist in other ad hoc projects as assigned.

 

Requirements:

  • Diploma holder or above
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience. 
  • Excellent communication in speaking and writing English and Chinese.
  • Computer literate, knowledge of SharePoint is a bonus.
  • Excellent time management and planning skills.
  • A good team player who can work independently and proactively.
  • Proficient in MS office, Outlook 365.
  • Immediately available is highly preferred.
