About Us

Preferred and trusted by everyone from top chefs to novice cooks around the world, Le Creuset cast iron cookware is still produced at the original Fresnoy location.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Manage daily operation of HR function including, but not limited to, maintain employee records, leave records etc.
- Arrange recruitment activities, onboarding and offboarding process.
- Support finance team daily account operations, like expense claims, sales & payment reconciliation
- Handle daily office operation and office administration including maintain assets lists, including IT equipment, for both office and stores
- Handle other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Skills & Qualifications
- Degree graduate
- A minimum 1 years’ experience of working in a similar administration and/or HR role, fresh graduates with potential will also be considered
- Basic knowledge in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, MPF regulations and other related legislation is preferred
- Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong administration and organizational skills
- Computer Literate - Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook to intermediate skill level
- Fluent speaking in English and Cantonese
- Immediately available is highly preferred
