About the role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR & Admin. Assisant/Assistant Officer to join our growing team at AK Service HK Co., Limited. This full-time position is based in Tsim Sha Tsui Yau Tsim Mong District and will play a crucial role in supporting our human resources and administrative functions.
What you'll be doing
- Providing general HR and administrative support, including managing employee records, processing payroll and benefits, coordinating training and development programmes, and assisting with recruitment and onboarding processes
- Handling various administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing office supplies, and ensuring smooth office operations
- Serving as a point of contact for employee inquiries and addressing HR-related concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborating with the management team to implement HR policies, procedures, and initiatives that foster a positive and productive work environment
- Maintaining confidentiality and data integrity when handling sensitive information
- Providing support for special projects and other duties as assigned
What we're looking for
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a generalist HR or administrative role, preferably in a consulting or service-oriented environment
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritise and manage competing priorities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with HR information systems
- A keen eye for detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
- Flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges
- Fluency in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
