About the Role

As the Head of Retail , you will be responsible for the strategic direction and day-to-day excellence of retail outlets. You will provide inspirational leadership to retail teams, driving commercial success.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership & Business Growth: Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets, maximize profitability, and expand the brand's footprint across all retail outlets .

• Team Leadership & Development: Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to retail team. Foster a positive, engaging, and high-performing culture . Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, training, and development .

• Commercial & Financial Management: Oversee all financial aspects of the retail department, including budgeting, managing store expenses, and analyzing sales performance to meet and exceed targets . Manage inventory levels to optimize sales and minimize waste or obsolescence .

• Customer Experience & Brand Standards: Ensure a seamless and wonderful customer journey that exceeds expectations . Maintain the highest brand standards in product presentation, store hygiene, and service .

• Inventory & Product Management:  Oversee stock control, implement efficient inventory tracking systems, and manage sensitive products with care (e.g., temperature, light exposure) .

• Marketing & Visual Merchandising: Collaborate with marketing teams to create and implement effective promotional campaigns and events . Oversee the development of compelling merchandising strategies and cyclical displays to make the product offer always fresh and appealing .

• Vendor & Stakeholder Relations: Maintain strong, productive relationships with key suppliers, vendors, and internal stakeholders .

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred .
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in retail management, including in a senior leadership role. A track record of successfully leading retail operations and meeting sales targets is essential .
• In-depth knowledge of retail industry trends, customer behavior, and market dynamics .
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a diverse team . Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are crucial .
• Strategic thinking with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities . Financial acumen, including experience with budgeting, managing P&L, and interpreting financial reports .
• Skills in inventory management, sales performance analysis, and strategic planning . Proficiency with retail technology, point-of-sale systems, and data analytics .
• Fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
