Gradaute Trainee - Customer Quality Engineer (CQE)

Job Responsibilities

• Leading new product process development and quality-related content.
• Collecting yield rate data for new process development, provide abnormal analysis reports, and encourage RD and process departments to provide improvement plans
• Collecting corresponding DOE data according to customer needs and provide it to customers for review to ensure the quality performance of new process development
• To confirm new samples for process development, get samples signed by customers, formulate and review corresponding quality documents and determine new process quality control standards with customers
• Establishing new processes and technologies, coordinate and improve quality standards, measurement methods and related SOPs
• Connecting with MQE/MDE/PD to assist customers in completing DOE design, data verification and other development tasks
• Coordinating all quality-related matters in process development and independently report project progress to customers

Qualifications

1. Bachelor degree or above, fluent in spoken English, able to communicate with customers independently
2. Strong communication and coordination skills, as well as strong logical thinking and problem-solving abilities
3. Good at report making and presentation, strong ability to withstand pressure
