Global Business Development Manager, Air Logistics

• Develop and implement effective strategies for procuring air capacity, ensuring alignment with the company’s global shipment schedule.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with international airlines and freight forwarders to secure reliable cargo space.
• Collaborate with airline partners and logistics providers to proactively address operational challenges and ensure seamless freight movement.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize air cargo operations and improve efficiency across global routes.

Conduct in-depth analyses of logistics operations to identify innovative solutions that enhance cost-effectiveness and streamline processes.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in logistics, transportation, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in air transportation, preferably within the airline or freight forwarding industry.
• Strong knowledge of European and American air transportation routes and market dynamics.
• Ability to thrive in high-pressure environments and effectively manage logistics during peak periods.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and adapt quickly to changing circumstances.
• Proven negotiation skills for managing vendor relationships and securing favorable terms.
• Fluency in both English, Cantonese and Mandarin is required.
