Qualifications & Experience
Education:
F.5 HKCEE or HKDSE or above(Associate degree or higher in Business Administration or related field is a plus)
Experience:
1–2 years of relevant experience in general office, clerical, or administrative work (fresh graduates will also be considered with the right attitude)
- Experience in handling documents, data entry, and basic inventory/packing is an advantage
Familiarity with customer or supplier communication is a plus
Skills & Competencies:
Basic understanding of Englishand Chinese(Cantonese and/or Mandarin)
Proficient in MS Office(Word, Excel, Outlook); knowledge of basic office equipment (printer, scanner, etc.)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Positive working attitude, responsible, and a good team player
Able to type Chinese using 倉頡, 注音, and 速成, etc.
