Financial Accountant, Financial Reporting Team, Finance Department

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for preparing the elimination entries and preparation of consolidated financial statements for the group
• Responsible for various external reporting for company level and group level
• Preparation of interim and annual financial statements
• Preparation of regular and ad hoc reporting to Head Quarter as required
• Responsible for Tax computation/ filing for Hong Kong Entities;
• Assist the team with the project management work for external audit, which includes coordinating with external auditors and various departments of the firm to ensure audit requests are fulfilled in a timely manner;
• Liaise with external auditors and response to audit queries in a timely manner;
• Perform ad-hoc accounting projects where necessary.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree holder in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics or any other relevant degree;
• With relevant work experience within the financial industry will be a plus;
• Experience in Chinese Securities firm will be an advantage;
• Highly motivated, responsible, careful and attentive to details
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work in structured pattern, settling priorities and consistently meeting deadlines, while managing own time
• Proficiency in the use of MS Excel and Word
• Fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese and English;
