Field Service Engineer / Technician (FSE/FST), 5-day work, Clear Career Path

The company is looking for a Field Service Engineer (FSE) / Technician (FST) with specialized knowledge to join our team for performing most common field service tasks and earn good benefits package.

Job Description & Responsibilities

• Manage instruments and systems installations strictly adhering to manufacturer protocols.
• Respond to service call and provide field service task such as repair, installation, and maintenance
• Develop and maintain site-specific documentation and quality assurance information
• Write computer programs for medical equipment
• Conduct R&D project in software & hardware development with R&D department of manufacturer
• Troubleshooting by designed experiments
• Follow all safety procedures as required
• A clear career path – Field Service Technician – Field Service Engineer – Engineer Team leader

Requirement

• Higher Diploma / Bachelor's degree holder in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronic Engineering / Biomedical or related disciplines
• Relevant technical experience in electronics/electrical system troubleshooting, mechanical system design and repair, and operations of large systems/medical devices, considered a plus
• Good analytical and problem-solving skill
• Good language skills, and familiar with Microsoft Excel and Word software.
• Exp in general-purpose languages (GPL) a plus
• Highly adaptable and can work under pressure
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and apply discretion and judgment in sensitive information
• Hands-on development experience in C# for medical equipment will be an advantage
• Maturity, perseverance, patience & a bit of OCD.
