Job Description

Based in Hong Kong, to work with the Operation Manager OR Service Manager for Managed Services. The key responsibilities of field service engineer / specialist – Print & PC under Managed Service include:

Job Responsibilities

• Provide field service including

                  • Print: installation, configuration, break/fix repair, preventive maintenance services, printing solution of printing equipment and environment for SMB and Enterprise customers, both onsite or remote.

                 • PC: installation, configuration, break/fix repair, technical support and troubleshooting on IT desktop PC and notebook hardware for SMB and Enterprise customers, both onsite or remote.

                 • Infra: deployment services and configuration management, and technical support and troubleshooting on PC and Print infra related for Large enterprise customers, both onsite or remote.

• Accurately diagnose hardware & software problems, effectively resolve problems
• Perform preventive maintenance repair by diagnosing existing or potential issues; Clean, Calibrate and Adjust as required
• Implement and/or upgrade firmware and software patches remotely/onsite.
• Conduct deployment and configuration management using tools including but not limited to Print: HP WebJetAdmin, Driver Deployment Utility, PC: HP Insights, HP TechPulse, as well as Microsoft Autopilot.
• Provide remote troubleshooting, and emergency support.
• Acts as trusted advisor for customer on any PC/print related enquiries.
• Provide support to ad-hoc PC and print services project.

Job requirements

• Possess Degree/Diploma/Certification in Computer Science, Business Information System and IT related domain
• Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply

• Be a fast & proactive learner
• Highly adaptable to work under pressure if needed
• Possess strong written, verbal and non-verbal (good attitude, a willing team player) communication skills
• Able to read & write in English & Chinese
• Certified in HP professional PC certificate and professional Printer certificate will be considered as senior position
• Certified in Microsoft certificate and COMPTIA A+ and Network+ will be considered as an advantage
• Certified in other IT related certificate including HP Poly, Microsoft TEAMS will be considered as respective subject matter experts

Working location : Taikoo/Tsuen Wan

Working time :

Night shift 17:00pm - 12:00am (Tue to Sun) , Salary : 28k-30k (depend on experience)

Day shift 09:00am - 18:00pm (Mon to Fri) and 09:00am-13:00pm(Sat), Salary 15k-18k (depend on experience)
