Field Service Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for post-sales service for medical devices, including but not limited to on-site installation, debugging, and testing of various functional components.
• Introduce the functions, usage methods, installation procedures of various components and instruments of the machine to the customers.
• Provide training to the customers on how to operate the machine, prepare for the machine requirements before the operation, and disassemble the machine after the operation.
• Collect, record and track issues from customer feedback.
• Formulate after-sales machine maintenance plans and schedules, conduct regular system maintenance, inspections, and replacement of components at designated locations.
• Analyse and evaluate potentially damaged components, prepare required replacements, identify the defective component, and repair tasks within the specified timeframe according to customer feedback.

• Manage after-sales maintenance inventory and storage according to the product design lifespan.
   

Job Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in after-sales product repair and maintenance in robotics, medical devices, automotive and other related industries.
• Familiar with the assembly processes and precautions for mechanical components and electronic products, as well as electronic product testing processes.
• Able to read mechanical engineering drawings, mechanical 3D diagrams, and hardware circuit diagrams.
• Independent, good customer service attitude and communication skill.
• Proficiency in English and Cantonese is preferred.
• Able to adapt to long-term business trips.
