Facilities Management Officer / Technical Officer / Maintenance Officer

We are a well-established Hong Kong listed company with offices in Central and Western district, mainly engaging in property investment, property development, property management and hotel management. We are now looking for a responsible and competent candidate to join our Facilities Management Department. This role will report to our Head of Facilities Management.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist the Head of Facilities Management to monitor the day-to-day operation of Company’s building facilities.
• Oversee the building systems and facilities’ maintenance and repair works of the Company’s properties.
• Prepare design, drawings, technical specifications and tender document for outsourcing repair, maintenance and improvement works of Company’s properties.
• Manage the maintenance tenders and contracts and monitor the contractor’s performance to ensure compliance with ISO certification and statutory requirements.
• Provide training to technical staffs to ensure their delivery of work in accordance to the statutory requirements and quality services.
• Participate in ad hoc projects and tasks as assigned by the superior.

 Job Requirements

• Diploma holder or above, in M&E, Building Services or related disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in facilities management field.
• Holder of Green Card / Registered Electrical Worker Certificate Grade A or above is preferred.
• Good interpersonal skills with strong sense of responsibility.
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing.
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Facilities Management Officer.
