职位描述

We are cordially inviting the potential candidates for the following post.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with fabric suppliers to issue PO and manage shipment/quality/payments/related documentation.
  • Supplier management, communication, and negotiation on pricing and contract terms.
  • Communicate with internal departments and settle daily operational issues.
  • Fabric sourcing for product development; input order details into internal databases and ERP system.
  • Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices etc.
  • Prepare reports on purchasing activities, including cost, delivery performance and defects analysis.
  • Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed; coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in Textile & Merchandising, Procurement or related disciplines.
  • About 3 years’ woven fabric experience in garment industry; factory experience is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of fabric procurement and logistics coordination.
  • Good team player with strong sense of responsibility and commitment.
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Sound PC Skills in MS Office and Chinese word processing, knowledge of ERP system is an advantage.
  • Good communication skills in English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese)
