Engineer (E&M)

Job Responsibilities:

•  Assist E&M manager to check and vet the E&M design & construction proposals and drawings;

• Responsible for create and maintain BIM modeling works for construction projects and maintaining a drawing/ information register;

• Collaborate and liaise with various relative parties to resolve the issue with BIM Models;

• Perform other tasks assigned by management.

Job Requirements:
 

• Degree or above in Building Services / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent;

• Minimum 5 years of relevant site experience in E&M works;

• Professional qualification in engineering from recognized professional institutions.(e.g. HKIE, CIBSE, MIET, MIMech, etc.) is preferable;

• Knowledge of engineering related computer software application is preferable, e.g. AutoCAD, Revit, MicroStation, Microsoft, etc.; 

• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Engineer.

• Immediate available is preferred.
