Draftsman

Responsibilities:

·      Prepare CAD drawings for variety of projects including club house / lobbies / retail shops / public lavatories / apartments etc

·      Support the project teams for completion of design work or to covert clients’ design concept / drawing into shop drawing / detailed drawing to sub-contractors for production

·      Handle ad hoc task as request

Requirements:

·      Tertiary education is an advantage

·      Relevant experience in interior design or fit-out contracting firm

·      Proficient in AutoCAD, knowledge of 3D Max and Photoshop is an advantage

·      Good knowledge of detailed drawing & shop drawing preparation is a MUST

·      Good written English and Chinese

·      Good team spirit, detail-minded, independent, self-motivated and willing to work overtime

·      Less experience will be considered as Draftsman Assistant
