Development Manager (Educational)

Key responsibilities:

• Communicate and coordinate directly with schools, universities and our key partners to ensure our business objectives are met
• Develop positive working relationships and a supportive company culture by planning and implementing company activities
• Work closely with our teams in Hong Kong, Guangzhou and Wuhan to review and monitor our works
• coordinate with internal and external partners to ensure effective implementation of the business plan
• perform any other duties as assigned by the Managing Director

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above. (priority is given to UK degree holder)
• 2 years related working experience preferred, especially in the educational field.
• Experience of Business Development in Mainland China will be an advantage
• Ability to build strong relationships with teams, schools, universities and key partners.
• multi-task and meet deadlines, ability to problem solve
• Independent, well-organized and goal oriented
• An aptitude for professionalism
• Presentable, approachable, outgoing and friendly
• Proficiency in written and spoken English, Chinese & Mandarin
• Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills
• Overseas and PRC travel is required
