Design Intern (Part-time)

Key Responsibilities:

• Create quick-turnaround illustrations, mockups, and visual concepts for home product ideas using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.

• Prepare repeat patterns and CAD artworks to support design concepts across categories.

• Support the design team in preparing client-facing presentation materials.

• Assist with 2D visualizations and layout of trend boards and concept decks.

• Learn and support aspects of the product development process, including sampling, design revisions, and client feedback.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop is required.

• Strong sketching, illustration, and layout skills with a fast execution style.

• Ability to create repeat patterns and CADs with attention to scale, color, and material application.

• Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to work independently.

• A positive attitude and willingness to learn about product development, retail, and supply chain processes.

• Strong communication and presentation skills.

• Previous design internship or academic experience in graphic, product, or industrial design is a plus.
