Job Responsibilities:
· Assist in full spectrum of HR functions covering talent acquisitions, on/off-boarding & HRIS maintenance, leave administration, ensure compliance with HK labor laws
· Follow up the full recruitment process include recruitment talk and create recruitment strategies to fulfill the organization’s long-term needs.
· Work with Head of HR to implant mass recruitment efforts to efficiently fill multiple positions.
· To prepare various analysis and consolidate HR-related reports
· Handle licenses & certs renewal, medical check of crew member
· Handle crew members' issues and inquiries
· Any other ad hoc task assigns by supervisor
Qualifications:
· Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
· Minimum of 2 years or above of relevant work experience, prefer experience front line recruitment
· Excellent communication and coordination skills, good time management skills, able to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
· Strong problem-solving and independent work abilities, able to handle daily challenges independently.
· Proficient in MS Office, Excel Functions and Chinese Word Processing
· Immediately Available / Short Notice would be an advantage
