Customer Service Executive

Job Duties -

·         Communication with local & overseas vendors, customers and internal parties

·         Order processing and logistic coordination with necessary documentations

·         Data entry, filing and reporting

·         Replenishment planning and inventory controls

·         Coordination with overseas colleagues to provide warehouse support

Job Requirements -

·         Higher diploma or above

·         Knowledge in supply chain, purchasing and logistics is an advantage

·         Initiative, Good coordination and interpersonal skills

·         Good command of written and spoken in English and Cantonese, preferably Mandarin

·         Proficient in MS Office

·         Fresh graduates will also be considered
