Cruise Planning Assistant / Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:
• Planning and packaging of cruise products
• Cruise itinerary design and cost control
• Supplier relationship management and price negotiation
• Production of marketing materials and sales documents
• Support frontline staff on customer inquiries and services

Requirements:
• Proactive, responsible with positive work attitude
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Minimum 1 year experience in travel product planning
• Candidates with 4+ years’ experience may be considered for supervisor position
• Previous cruise product experience preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Compensation & Benefits:
