Conveniently located in Sheung Wan area, near MTR station.  Team leaders have been working with world renowned design firm for over 18 years, designing 5 stars hotel properties throughout Asia.

Job Highlights: 

A Creative design studio looking for Motivated, Dedicated & Passionate Interior Designer that has proficient knowledge on both Design and CAD Drafting.  

Job Responsibilities: 

• Carry out design CAD works & schematic sketches for various projects in concept, schematic and detailed design stages.
• Develop Concept / Schematic presentation from preliminary to final submission. Must be familiar with using Microsoft PowerPoint & Adobe Photoshop.
• Prepare drawing documentation package throughout Concept/ Schematic to Construction stage.
• Able to arrange and coordinate drawing package with overseas team for renderings & CAD documentation.
• Attend & Assist team meetings and coordination on project matters.

Job Requirements:

• Min. Degree in Architecture, Interior Design or related design based qualification.
• Posses 3-5 years relevant working experience.
• Proficient knowledge of design and planning in hospitality and residential projects.
• Proficient in CAD and/or Revit drafting, 3D rendering skills such as Sketchup and/or 3DMax; Photoshop/ In Design / Microsoft Office, etc.
• Fluent in English and Cantonese (both verbal and written), Mandarin would be advantageous.
• Travel overseas for assignments may be required.
• Pleasant personality encouraged.
• Designer must report to work punctually and might require to work additional hours as needed.

5 days working week with early leave on Friday.
