Corporate Tenancy Manager

Corporate Tenancy Manager

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients to ensure high levels of tenant satisfaction and retention.
• Manage tenant relationships, lease negotiations, and lease renewals.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for business growth.
• Develop and implement strategies to acquire new corporate clients and expand the business portfolio.
• Ensure tenant satisfaction through excellent customer service and effective problem resolution.
• Prepare and present reports, leasing activity, and financial performance.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to corporate tenants
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Real Estate, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Tenancy Manager or in a similar role within the real estate industry.
• Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics and leasing practices.
• Track record of successfully attracting and retaining corporate tenants.

• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
