Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans outlining scope, timelines, resources and, monitor progress & timelines
- Manage and coordinate with contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project alignment & in compliance with regulatory requirements
- Act as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders
- Prepare and manage project budget and cost control, including tender sourcing, preparation of funding memos, tracking of expenses etc
- Prepare project reports to stakeholders and management
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Maintain accurate project records, including contracts, change orders, and reports
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor quality and safety
Requirements
- University graduate with 5 years relevant working experience
- With knowledge of renovation processes and construction & building codes.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in project management software and tools
- Excellent communication skills and detail minded
- On contract basis
