Responsibilities:

Handle and follow up enquiries and complaints of congress participants, exhibitors and speakers in a professional and timely manner to achieve service excellence through email, live chat, inbound and outbound calls.

Ensure the delivery of service to meet with organizational standards and comply with regulatory requirements.

Assist with program planning such as conferences, VIP events, seminars, business networking receptions, etc.

Communicate and coordinate with teammates.

Handle logistic arrangements for events.

Provide administrative support to the congress / secretariat team.
Requirements:
-
At least 2 years’ experience in customer service environment preferably in medical industry / call centers, or with e-commerce knowledge of customer service principles and practices.

Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin is preferable.

Good in both English and Chinese business writing.

Great attention to details.
-
Excellent time management, and ablilty to manage multiple tasks.

Eager to grow and willing to take on challenges.
-
A team player but also able to work independently.

Be able to work under pressure and always want to deliver beyond what is expected.

Willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
We offer competitive remuneration. Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Appointment will be made on a 1- or 2-year contract, renewable subject to mutual agreement and good performance.
