職責  Responsibilities:

• 為商業客戶提供物業租務代理服務 (主要為辦公室及商舖)。
• Provide property leasing consultancy services (mainly Office and Retail) for clients.

要求  Requirements:

• 持有效由地產代理監管局發出之營業員牌照，申請者如無相關牌照但有志於行業發展亦會考慮。
• Holder of valid EAA License. Fresh graduates or inexperienced candidates without License but showing strong interest in the field will also be considered.
• 能操及書寫良好英語、廣東話及普通話
• Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese
• 上班時間  Working Hours: Monday to Friday

福利  Benefits:

• 提供底薪
• 可觀佣金 (可達六成半)  Commission (Up to 60%)
