Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor building and renovation works of local residential / commercial property for owner
- Liaise and coordinate with consultants and contractors
- Supervise the contractors’ works to ensure that specifications, working procedures, work schedules, quality control and site safety are in compliance with contractual and statutory requirements
- Handle enquiries and complaints regarding building works and defects
- Organize, manage and administer all day-to-day technical matters
Responsible for report writing to facilitate valuation of building works
Job Requirements:
- Higher Certificate or Diploma holder or above in Building Studies, Civil or Structural Engineering, Surveying, Building Services Engineering or related disciplines
- Minimum 2 years solid site experience in fitting out, renovation, building and construction site works
- Self-disciplined and able to work independently
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in PC skills and MS Office
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
