Campus Planning and Development Officer

SISHK is looking for a candidate to fill the full-time position of Campus Planning and Development Officer. Candidates with experience in education sector would be an advantage.

Job Scope

·         Assist in the delivery of multiple upgrading projects.

·         Responsible for the daily operation and coordination of projects.

·         Attend project meetings with users, external consultants, contractors, and suppliers, and record meeting minutes.

·         Support the RFQ (Request for Quotation) and tender processes.

·         Prepare project documents as required during different stages of a project, including project programmes and defects reports.

·         Conduct regular site visits and monitor site performance, reporting any discrepancies found that are not in compliance with project specifications.

·         Maintain systematic and organised project files.

·         Liaise and coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers throughout the project cycle.

Requirements

·         Higher Diploma or above in a construction-related discipline, including Project Management, Building Services, and Architectural Studies, etc.

·         Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably on the client-side.

·         Proactive, result-driven, and flexible with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·         Proficient in both oral and written English and Chinese.

·         Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
