Key Responsibilities 職責

與管理層及營運部緊密合作, 包括研發不同菜式 

  Work closely with Management and Operations team, including developing and producing different dishes 

開發, 研發及製作咖啡店料理

  Research, develop and produce café style cuisine 

負責廚房人員的培訓和管理團隊日常營運,並領導團隊達成績效目標並提升工作效率

  Responsible for the training of kitchen staff and daily operations of the management team, and leading the team to achieve performance goals and improve work efficiency

 • 確保廚房出品符合公司標準

   Ensure food & kitchen products meet company standards 

保持高質素水平及品質監督

   Maintain high quality standards and quality control

 • 確保日常營運暢順及協調 

   Managing the daily operation and workflow of kitchen 

 

Requirements 入職要求

• 具備3年或以上之經驗,在類似風格及繁忙的咖啡店擔任主廚,具有領導能力 

   3 years experience as a head chef in a busy cafe with similar style, demonstrating strong leadership skills. 

• 須建立和維持良好的團隊精神 

   Experience in building and maintaining a good team spirit. 

• 熟悉成本計算和構思具創意的餐牌 

   Good knowledge in costings and creative menu engineering.
