职位描述

Job Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute seasonal & repeat buying strategy for shoes aligned with the company’s financial goals (Open-to-Buy), brand identity and market trends.

  • Market Analysis: Conduct constant market research and analyze competitor activity to identify new trends and brands.

  • Data-Driven Decisions: Analyze historical sales data and current selling reports to make informed buying, allocation, replenishment, and markdown decisions. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) like sell-through rate and weeks of supply.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Global merchandising team, visual merchandising team and logistics team to ensure a cohesive strategy for product launches, promotions, and in-store presentation.

  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels to minimize stockouts and excess inventory, ensuring optimal product availability. Support execution of in-season activities which include repeat orders, markdowns & consolidation.

Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in Fashion merchandising, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a buying role, preferably within footwear or ready-to-wear, proven experience in handling products with a wide array of sizes.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft excel for data analysis and PowerPoint for presentation.
  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in spoken and written English and Cantonese


Note:The job title will be Merchandise Planner based on the company's internal team structure.
