Duties

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to provide administrative support to our business development team. The appointee will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations and supporting client engagement efforts. Key responsibilities include:


Administrative Support:

  • Prepare, review, and manage sales-related documents and agreements;
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and internal databases;
  • Organize and manage account documentation to ensure compliance and timely submissions;
  • Utilize CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) to manage client data and support sales analysis;

Operational Assistance:

  • Monitor and track payment collection deadlines;
    Support coordination of client deliverables and internal follow-ups;

Process Optimization:

  • Identify and implement improvements in administrative workflows to enhance team efficiency;
  • Assist in monitoring sales performance metrics and preparing internal reports;

Client Support Coordination:

  • Assist in responding to client inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner;
  • Provide basic account servicing support to ensure a positive client experience;

Team Collaboration:

    Act as the primary point of contact for administrative needs within the account team;

Data Management and Reporting:

  • Compile and analyze sales data to generate actionable reports for the team;
  • Ensure accurate documentation and data consistency to support forecasting and strategic planning;
  • Leverage CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) for data analysis and reporting;

Other Duties:

  • Provide general support to the business development team as needed; and
  • Assist with any additional tasks that contribute to operational effectiveness.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field;
  • At least 2–3 years of experience in administrative or sales support roles, preferably in a fast-paced environment;
  • Experience with CRM systems and analysis, such as Salesforce;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
  • Strong data entry and organizational skills and high attention to detail;
  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities;
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and proactively;
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to process improvement; and
  • Team-oriented attitude with a willingness to support evolving team priorities.


Salary and Benefits
We offer 5-day work, attractive remuneration package to the successful candidates. Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
