Responsibilities:

• Provide construction site administration and prepare related documents
• Supervise MEP contractors' works to ensure their compliance with contractual and statutory requirements
• Conduct on-site inspections and monitor work progress
• Coordinate with project consultants and contractors on all matters relating to building services installation and performance on site
• Prepare necessary reports, record and information to facilitate the valuation of works

Requirements:

• Diploma or Higher Certificate in Building Services or Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• At least 8 years relevant site experience in the capacity of building services inspection work.
• Good communication and interpersonal skill
• Well organized and independent
