Building Services Engineer

• Degree / Higher Diploma / Higher Certificate in Building Services / Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering or building services related discipline.
• MHKIE / MCIBSE / MIMechE or equivalent would be an advantage.
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience in building services coordination works.
• Experience in production of CSD and CBWD.
• Experience in using of BIM software is an advantage.
• Self-motivated with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of both spoken and written in Chinese and English.
• More experience will be considered as Sr. Building Services Engineer
• Less experience will be considered as Building Services Engineer II
• Immediate availability is highly preferred.
