Building Service Engineer / BS Coordinator / E&M Project Engineer

About the role

Long Yue Electrical and Mechanical Engineering is seeking an experienced Building Service Engineer / Building Services Coordinator / E&M Engineer to join our team in Kwun Tong District. This full-time position will involve managing the delivery of building services projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

What you'll be doing

• Overseeing the planning, coordination and execution of building services projects from start to finish
• Coordinate with project teams, including contractors and subcontractors, to ensure all work is carried out effectively and efficiently
• Monitoring project progress and budgets, and providing regular updates to key stakeholders
• Identifying and mitigating risks to keep projects on track
• Ensuring all work complies with relevant building regulations, codes and standards

• Collaborating with clients, architects and other professionals to resolve issues and deliver successful project outcomes
  

What we're looking for

• Degree in Building Services Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• 5+ years' experience in building services project management, preferably within the commercial/industrial sectors
• Thorough understanding of building services systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing and fire protection
• Excellent project management skills, including the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and manage budgets
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with clients, contractors and the wider project team
• Proficient in using project management software and other relevant tools
• Familiar with local building regulations and codes

• Familiar with AutoCAD operation, CSD and CBWD preparation.

• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
