Responsibilities:

Assist in creating and executing marketing and sales objectives, strategies, and promotions for IV generics, oncology portfolios, and named patient products, including supply chain, forecasting, and tendering activities.

Evaluate market potential to meet sales, profit, margin, market share, and annual goals for assigned products.

Gather and manage competitor intelligence and market trends to inform strategies continuously.

Design and develop promotional materials and detailing aids to strengthen brand positioning and competitive advantage.

Prioritize new product launches, provide realistic market demand forecasts, handle goods returns, customer complaints, vendor selection, and manage customer inquiries and databases.

Participate in forecast and strategy meetings, support regulatory affairs for product registrations, report Adverse Drug Reactions (ADRs) and complaints, and support daily marketing related administrative tasks and ad-hoc duties.
Requirement:
-
Degree holder in Science / Marketing or business-related disciplines.

At least 2-3 years' marketing communications experience, ideally from MNC pharmaceutical/health care company.

Team player, independent, proactive, responsible and willing to learn.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
-
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
