Job Description

Woke Up Like This is an up-and-coming and fast-growing local Hong Kong beauty brand with a young, energetic, and creative team. This position will allow you to immerse in all aspects of design in beauty industry, from conceptualizing and designing assets for new products, new physical locations, digital marketing platforms, print and advertising materials…etc, and will allow you to have a 360 experience to building a brand through creative design communications.

You will be working with a team of highly motivated individuals who are passionate about Woke Up Like This and beauty, who wish to partake in shaping the future of beauty with clean, green, and independent brands.

Responsibility

~Brainstorm and design visual contents that align with marketing to promote the brand, its products and services

~Brainstorm, design, creation of photography, videography, packaging, and visual merchandise works from online to offline channels

~Responsible for production management and enhance visual content with creativity, design technologies, and filmography effects

~Work closely with all members of the content, creative, marketing team and external production houses to deliver work of highest standard, on time, and within budget

~Assist in any ad hoc tasks or projects as assigned by the Supervisor

Requirements

~Proficiency in digital media software tools (Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Bridge…etc)

~Strong proficiency in image editing / management software; motion graphics skill a plus

~Familiarity with various design, photography, and filming techniques, cameras, and post-production tools

~Familiarity with social media tools such as Facebook, Instagram…etc

~Diploma or above in graphic design / photography / digital editing or related disciplines;

~2 years working experience in related fields

~Creative mindset and excellent storyteller; works well independently and as a team

~Strong communication, organization, and time management skills, as well as excellent attention to details

~A desire to take ownership and responsibility for projects, delivery, and quality of work

~Experience and an interest in the beauty industry an advantage

~Keen on culture, art and design
