BIM Coordinator/ Manager

Responsibilities:

• Create, maintain and update accurate 3D BIM models in timely manner

• Ensure models are accurate, coordinated, and comply with industry standards and project requirements.

• Produce accurate and coordinated drawings from Revit.

• Collaborate with project team to ensure model integrity.

• Communicate effectively with the project team on requirements of BIM model production, and prepare BIM model in accordance with the instructions and requirements in a timely manner to meet project program.

Job Requirements:

• Degree or higher diploma in relevant fields (e.g., architecture, engineering, construction).

• 1-3 years of experience in BIM modelling. More experience will be considered as BIM manager.

• Proficiency in BIM and CAD software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD).

• Holder of CIC-Certified BIM Coordinator (CCBC) Certificate would be an advantage.
