Audit Team Lead

About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Get Started HK Limited as a Team Lead in our fast-paced Accounting and Management division in Central and Western District. As a Team Lead, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and guiding a team of talented accounting professionals, ensuring the delivery of exceptional service to our diverse client base.

What you'll be doing

• Conduct audits, assurance services, and related engagements for clients across diverse industries.
• Oversee all phases of engagement management, including planning, administration, staff allocation, execution, and monitoring progress to ensure adherence to deadlines and milestones.
• Build and maintain strong, effective relationships with clients, ensuring timely communication and issue resolution.
• Foster collaboration by developing and sustaining productive internal relationships across various service lines.
• Drive team development by contributing to thought leadership initiatives and sharing knowledge within the organization.
• Thrive in high-pressure environments, delivering quality results while meeting strict deadlines.
• Provide coaching, mentorship, and guidance to team members to support their professional growth.

What we're looking for

• A minimum of 7 years of relevant audit experience in an audit firm, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or a related discipline.
• Strong technical expertise and exceptional project management abilities.
• Self-motivated, with the ability to handle seasonal work pressure effectively.
• Demonstrated leadership skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and team management.
• Excellent proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification is mandatory.

Pay: $25,000.00 - $30,000.00 per month
