The Role

• Oversee daily store operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures to maintain a high standard of service and operational excellence.
• Recruit, train, and mentor a diverse team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages professional development and high performance.
• Collaborate with the Senior Sales Manager to develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Create and implement initiatives to enrich customer experiences, ensuring that our service aligns with company’s standard.
• Monitor sales performance and operational metrics, utilizing data-driven insights to make informed decisions and optimize store performance.
• Ensure that visual merchandising standards are upheld, creating an inviting and inspiring shopping environment that reflects the brand’s identity.

The Ideal Candidate

• A minimum of 5 years of retail experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role, preferably in a retail environment.
• Degree holder in Business Management, Retail, or a related field.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• A good understanding of beauty and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
• Ability to analyze sales data and operational metrics to drive business decisions.
• Excellent command of both spoken and written Chinese and English.
