- Holder of High Diploma or above in Quantity Surveying/Building Studies.
- Experienced in preparing tenders and quotations.
- Able to prepare Bills of Quantities.
- Capable to prepare variation order and claims.
- Must process knowledge of materials cost and labour cost.
- At least 1 years related working experience.
- Able to handle simple AutoCAD is preferred.
- Previous working experience in a fitting out contractor is essential.
- Fresh graduates are also considered.
- Monday – Friday : 09:00 – 18:00
