(Assistant) Project Officer – Fresh graduates are welcome

Let’s Work Together

• Assist Project Manager to execute the whole project cycle, including new store opening, renovation, and existing store improvement work
• Coordinate with landlords, designers, operations team, contractors, suppliers, in-house technicians, and other relevant parties
• Supervise on-site work to ensure quality and timely progress
• Handle ad hoc tasks as assigned to support project needs

We Are Looking For

• Higher Diploma or above in a relevant discipline
• Fresh graduate are welcome, candidate with 1-2 years of experience in retail or related project coordination is an advantage
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, energetic, responsible
• Creative mindset with a good sense of design

• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks
