Assistant Project Manager (Fitting-out)

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • To monitor safety, quality of work progress and workmanship on site
  • To attend regular site meetings and organize work as per project manager’s instruction
  • To co-ordinate with sub-contractors as per confirmed design information
  • Able to handle full set of construction drawing, produce construction details drawing and co-ordinate with consultants, architects, clients and contractors

Requirements:

  • At least 5-7 yrs experiences in building / fitting-out of commercial & retail projects.
  • Conversant with interior fitting- out nature / surveying, documents are advantages
  • Have a good knowledge of technical skills in fitting-out
  • Have ability to understand English
  • Good PC knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlooks, AutoCAD
  • Excellent communication and site management skills
  • Well-organized, hardworking, independent
