Assistant Project Manager, Education & Partnerships

 Responsibilities:  

• Assist in preparing partnership proposals and collaborative project documents (e.g. MOU, termsheet, agreement)
• Support marketing strategies and help identify new business opportunities alongside the project lead
• Coordinate with external partners and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of school-related projects
• Support the planning and coordination of school-facing events (e.g. teacher workshops, student competitions, education talks)
• Organize, archive and summarize project communications and meeting records
• Draft and manage content for promotional materials and campaigns (EDM, social media, WhatsApp, newspaper ads, etc. )
• Collaborate with designers on visual production and manage delivery schedules and recipient lists
• Contribute ideas during business development discussions, assisting supervisors in identifying opportunities and shaping solutions
• Follow up with internal or outsourced developers on education system/platform development, UAT testing and rollout
• Apply AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Notion, Canva) to improve productivity and streamline documentation or creative tasks

Requirements: 

• Degree in Business, Marketing, Education or related disciplines
• 3-5 years of relevant work experience, with at least 1 year in supervisory level or mentoring role
• Experience in project management, client coordination, or education programme execution is preferred
• Strong organizational skill and attention to detail; able to manage multiple deadlines and stakeholders
• Good communication and writing skills in both English and Chinese, Mandarin a plus
• Knowledge of AI tools and willingness to learn and apply technology to optimize workflows
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; PowerPoint/Slides and Excel/Sheets in particular
• Experience working with schools or in the education sector is an advantage
• Familiar with basic IT or system development workflow is a plus
