  • Handle the daily cleaning operation
  • Ensure the administration and support services are delivered in compliance with client’s policies and procedures
  • Handle clients’ enquiries, requests and complaints
  • Be able to manage frontline staff, identify improvement areas and provide professional cleaning knowledge and cleaning solutions to the client whenever possible
  • Coach and supervise the performance of in-house staff
  • Prepare various monthly and management reports and analysis
  • Participate in ad hoc duties as assigned
  • Excellent communication skill and ability to work with people at all levels
  • Customer-oriented and able to work under pressure with multi-tasking ability
  • Good common of both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Familiar with PC operations and MS Office
  • 5 Days work
  • Immediate available is an advantage
