Assistant Operation Manager

Responsibilities:

• Deliver project services to CLP Power for the provision of construction work for consecutive Trenchless Outline Agreements
• Lead, control and manage a project team and subcontractor workforce to meet relevant performance pledges, safety, quality and service targets
• Coordinate with designers for detailed study and investigation on route selection as well as the determination of Tunneling, Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD) and Coring methods, etc.
• Manage scheduling of detailed work program, road works permit application and design of TTA for execution including liaison with Government authorities, developers and other stakeholders for obtaining all paper clearance whilst drawing reference to optimal resources availability to meet the project target date
• Conduct constant review and update of the contents of respective work procedures, and work instructions with reference to the latest development of technology and equipment to improve safety and quality performance

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil engineering
• Minimum 5 years relevant work experience
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiar with MS Office
• A responsible driver with valid driving licence (Class 1 or 2)
• Valid Construction Workers Registration Card and Green Card are required
