Work location: Quarry Bay Area, East Harbor Center
Responsibilities
• Manage Medical spare part inventory in service center
• Support document management for service center
• Support inbound Medical spare part receiving and deliveries to customers
• Manage return shipments to foreign suppliers
• Prepare service quotation
• Process monthly service billing
• Prepare reports and analysis on order fulfillment for customers
• Support project work or ad hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements
• Diploma or above in Logistics / Supply Chain Management or related disciplines
• With 2 years’ relevant experience, with exposure in service operation and spare part logistics
• Strong sense of responsibility, proactive, independent, detail oriented, well-organized and a good team player;
• Willing to learn and able to work under pressure and handle complexities in a fast-paced environment;
• Experience in JDE and salesforce system preferred
• Good organization skills and communication skills
• Good command of both written & spoken English and Cantonese and Mandarin
• Fresh graduates are welcome
