Responsibilities:
1. Market Development and Customer Development
a) Understand the global footwear market trends, analyze competitors and customer needs, and formulate sales strategies.
b) Maintain and deepen the cooperative relationship with existing customers, improve customer loyalty and the winning and repeating order rates.
2. Sales Target Management
a) Formulate annual and quarterly sales plans, break down and implement team sales indicators.
b) Track order execution, ensure on-time delivery, and coordinate to solve order problems (such as delivery delays, quality problems, etc.).
3. Quotation and Contract Negotiation
a) Provide accurate quotations according to customer needs and control profit margins.
b) Lead contract negotiations, clarify payment methods (T/T, L/C, etc.), delivery dates and quality requirements.
4. Cross-departmental collaboration
a) Communicate closely with the office, procurement, production, export/logistics teams to ensure smooth order execution.
b) Feedback market trends and customer needs, and assist the product development department in optimizing design and technology.
5. Team management and training: Lead the sales team to achieve goals, and regularly train team members to improve their skills and product knowledge.
6. Team work deployment: Understand the personality, work experience, and work ability of the group's merchandisers, and make work deployments based on their characteristics and strengths;
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree or above, fluent in English.
2. Good communication skills and business negotiation experience.
3. Proficient in foreign trade processes (letter of credit, customs declaration, logistics) and familiar with international trade regulations.
4. More than 6 years of foreign trade sales experience in footwear and priority will be given to those with mature market customer resources in Europe, America, Japan, and South Korea. Experience in research and development management/sales management in the sports products and footwear manufacturing industry preferred.
5. Proficient in using Office and ERP systems and other office software
6. Strong stress resistance and adaptability to time difference work (communicating with overseas customers).
7. Keen market sense and insight into customer needs.
