(1) Assistant Merchandiser

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with team members from sample development to bulk production
• Arrange samples dispatch and receipt
• Monitor delivery towards bulk order shipment
• Prepare order summary, parcel arrangement and documentation
• Provide support to the team to ensure on-time delivery

Requirements:

• School certificate to Diploma/Higher Diploma holder in merchandising, fashion, textiles or related disciplines
• 1-2 years of working experience, garment merchandising is preferred
• Knowledge in MS Office - Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of written & spoken English
• Able to work in a fast-paced working environment to handle multi-tasks effectively and independently
• Fresh Graduates will also be considered

(2) Merchandiser

Responsibilities:

• Assist the team on full cycle merchandising from product development until shipment delivery
• Negotiate with suppliers to meet customers’ cost and quality requirements
• Prepare presentation for the buying trip including sample styles, price, supplier and factory information
• Work with full merchandising cycle counterparts of design, technical, production, QC and logistics for the order follow up
• Perform other ad hoc duties

Requirements:

• Diploma / Higher Diploma or above in Fashion, Textiles or related disciplines
• At least 5 years' garment trading or buying office experience
• Woven / Knits / Sweater / Denim experience are welcome
• Experience in USA market preferable
• Possess knowledge in product development is an advantage
• Good computer knowledge (MS Office and Chinese Word Processing)
• Good command of written & spoken in both Mandarin & English
• Good negotiation skills and communication skills to liaise with suppliers, buyers and factories
• Able to work independently, a good team player and attentive to details
